WHOSTHEKING.LOL is a social competition in which participants submit public URLs and place real-money bids to raise a URL’s position on a public leaderboard. By using the service you agree to the following.

Payments are final

Every bid is a payment for the full amount you enter — not a difference against another bid. A bid activates only after our payment provider confirms the charge server-side. Bids that do not clear have no effect on the leaderboard.

No gambling, no prizes

There is no prize pool, lottery, or random outcome. Ranks are a deterministic function of verified bid totals. Spending money does not guarantee any particular rank.

Content

You may only submit URLs you are permitted to promote. We may disable any listing that is harmful, unlawful, or fraudulent; financial records are always retained.

Refunds & disputes

Refund, chargeback, and dispute handling are subject to a policy that must be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
